3D Wednesday ~ Pop Up Christmas Card!

Happy Wednesday!  Today is 3d Wednesday at My Creative Time!  Usually that means anything but a card, however today it's just the opposite!  I have to admit I struggled with my card...not the concept, just the execution!  lol!

I used My Creative Time's ornament die for my poinsetta, then added some gold stickles for the center.

For the inside of the card I cut the house from Pop Up Neighborhood, the holly, tree, and sentiment stamps are from My Creative Time.  Colored the holly with copics.

Hello Everyone!  I hope your week is a happy one so far!  First I want to take a moment to say to my new followers and of course my older followers, THANK YOU!  I know there lots of paper loving blogs to see, so it warms my heart that you take time out of your busy day to see what I've done!  My goal has always been to inspire YOU to be more CREATIVE!  I hope that I'm able to keep you inspired and interested!!!  If you ever have any questions on how I do something, please don't hesitate to email me.  Just click on my "resume" tab for my email.

Now this week I had a little more time to play so I decided to enter another challenge!  I used to do them all the time, but life had gotten busy.  Also I needed to make a card for a friend's birthday so the timing was perfect!

This is for mojo monday sketch challenge mojo264

Like usual there is a lot going on!  lol

Don't you just love my little burlap flower!  I used burlap from my boutique and My Creative Time's Flower Die!  I cut 4 of them, so they pop off the card!

3D Wednesday ~ Snowflakes from Heaven!

Happy Wednesday my paper lovin' friends!  It's 3D Wednesday at My Creative Time!  For today's 3D project, Miss Emma asked that we create an ornament!  I was so excited to see that I was on the schedule for today!  I've had this project in my head for awhile and couldn't wait to create it!  So on to my new favorite project...

This is the backside, cutting the snowflake on a doublesided paper makes it beautiful on both sides!

Sorry there's a bit of glare from the embossing.

I put one pop dot in  the center in between the layers.  I love the side view too!

recipe:
Christmas Cricut Cartridge
snowflake cut 5 at 2.69 x 3.27
Liz's Paper Loft Boutique ~ This to That foam
Papertrey Ink and Teresa Collins paper

Happy Fall ~ Card!

Good morning my crafty friends! I have a fun Fall card to share with you today.  I don't always have time to enter challenges, but I did this week.  So I headed over to Peachy Keen's blog to see what their challenge was.  I'm not sure if you noticed, but lately I've been using nontraditional colors for the seasons.  I used blues, creams, and brown for my fall card and The Cornies Peachy Keen faces, to make it even more unconventional!

The challenge is to showcase the sentiment or words as the focal point,

Of course I had to add glitter!  My card never look complete until I add it!  :)

recipe:
Artiste Cricut Cartridge
frame cut at 3.81 x 3.65
Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge
flowers cut at 2.06 x 2.02
Liz's Paper Loft Boutique ~ ivory sinamay, kraft thin hemp (coming soon)
My Creative Time ~ Just for You, Piles of Smiles Stamp and Die ( leaves)
paper: Papertrey Ink, My Minds Eye
ink, white pen, distresser, copic, glitter

Make sure that you check out "Show Me Your Technique" at My Creative Time today!  I know that they will have something exciting to show you!!!
