How to make a layout on the gypsy~ Episode 2

Hi!

Well I did it again...that's right I made another video.  I thought it was a quick one, but afterward I realized it was kind of long!

Anyway, I've had several people ask me to show how I make a layout on my gypsy, so here you go.  Sorry it's not real clear, still getting used to working with the camera!  :)

***I gave the wrong address for Emma, click here to go straight to her***

This may not work for everyone, and it certainly doesn't need to be done this way for a simple card (like shown).  But when you are designing a project with lots of cuts, for me this is the only way to go.  I also save every project in my gypsy, so I know exactly what I've done.

Hopefully I will be able to make the card later this week!

Enjoy!

Scrappy Moms Stamps "Sneak Peak #7"

Hello!

This is a super quick post...on my way out the door for work, so no time for chatter! :)

I wanted to try something totally different for Scrappy Moms Stamps sneak peek.  I'm not totally happy with it, but I think you'll like the idea.  So take it and run with it.  If you  make one, please let me know, I'd love to see it!

I tried to layer his face...that didn't work.  I didn't have a PK stamp big enough, so I went with his face, but his mouth didn't show up.  So then I added the white pen...not crazy about that either.  But I do love his googly eyes and he is on a Action Wobble!

Sweetheart Cricut Cartridge
frog cut at 2.64 x 3.35
layers and shadow to match

Dollar Store Frame
googly eyes
action wobbles
button, bakers twine, white pen

Enjoy!

I've been wanting to do the Cricut Circle Monthly Challege, but with work, Scrappy Moms Stamps new release of Love Notes and their bi-monthly challenge, I wasn't sure I was going to make it!  But I did! :)

The challenge was to scraplift something from their blog...oh if you're not a circle member you can't see it, they've got some amazing projects.  It has to have at least two cuts and at least 2 of their sponsor's products.  I scraplifted a candle wrap from November 4.

Hey it's Day 3 of Scrappy Moms Stamp Sneak Peek!

Hello~

Oops, I've gotten off to a slow start this morning! (I forgot to have this posted earlier)  My weekend has been filled with good friends and playing with paper!  Oh yea, I even managed to get in the garage for a minute to get rid of some stuff (this is for my DH...yes, I know you were out there for hours! lol! )

When I get my stamps or a picture of them from Scrappy Moms Stamps, I go straight to my gypsy and get them all designed and saved. From there I just go down the list, pick one to make each day!  I've notice lately that us girls on the DT are starting to think alike...which I think is so funny!  Almost like a couple that starts to look alike when they've been married a long time!  So, I said all that to say...that if my card seems similar to another DT's, it just might!  ;)

As soon as I saw this Guinea Pig/ Hamster it reminded me of my mother-in-law.  When I first met her, she had a guinea pig named Miss Piggy.  It was really my sister-in-law's, but it had become my MIL's.  Oh she loved that little thing!  She was so sad when Miss Piggy died.  Enough of me and my family, now on to the card!

My little guy is on a Wobble too!

Recipe:
Lacy Labels Cricut Cartridge
2 labels sized 5.67  x 5.18 welded together then the sized would be 5.68 x 9.90

Invitation ~
Welded two pineapples size 3.47 x 5.12 together, used hide contour on some of the items on the back part of the card.  All the layers were cut to match.

Treat Box cut at 11.75 x 5.94
Spongebob cut 5.00 x 3.24 and all layers to match

I used layers of foam dots to make him look as if he was jumping off!

This week was really busy for me so here are few ideas that I didn't get to...If you were to serve cupcakes, maybe cut jelly fish in different colors and glue to toothpicks and stick in the cupcakes.  Also for a game, cut a large standing Spongebob and all the layers.  Cut extra ties and play Pin the Tie on Spongebob!

Now for your next stop it's MOMO and you know that she will have something super cute!!!

Don't forget to leave a comment for everyone!  I know that Alex has gotten some FABULOUS sponsors and you don't want to miss out!
