3D Wednesday ~ Thank You!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!  I have to apologize that I haven't been posting as much as usual.  Life has been very busy for me lately, which is great!  However, it hasn't allowed me to get in my craft room as much as I'd love to!

For today's project I wanted to create and cute little "thank you" favor box for My Creative Time's 3D Wednesday!  I figured since the spring and summer usually bring lots of weddings, showers and etc...that I would create something that would be quick and cute to mass produce!

I simply die cut the box, doily and ticket with My Creative Time Dies.  Added a bit of ink, some burlap and glitter to the edge of the ticket and wham, bam, thank you ma'am!  Oh, and little bit of hemp and a button!  Now it's done!!!!  hehe

Scrapping the Little Things ~ Santa Barbara!

Good morning my paper lovin' friends and happy Monday to you!  If you're new to me, I usually post about 3-4 times a week, however lately I've had a few things taking up more of my time.  I'm hoping to get back to my normal schedule in the next month or so.
Today is Scrapping The Little Things at My Creative Time where we show pages from a Smash Book or Project Life style albums!   I'm sharing another layout from my trip to San Diego (hope you're not get bored).  On the way home we stopped in Santa Barbara and stayed an extra day!  I love a "no plan" vacation!

I used quite a few sets from My Creative Time along with some Teresa Collins paper and embellishments!  I just love how versatile My Creative Time stamps and dies are!

Of course I had to add some hemp for more texture.

The enamel dots from Teresa Collins are perfect of the pocket pages, since they aren't super raised.

As you can see I still haven't picked up a new journaling pen.  I should just carry them in my boutique so I always fave them!  :)

3-D Wednesday ~ You're My Pot Of Gold!

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!  I can't believe that it's almost St. Patrick Day, it seems like it was just New Year's Eve!  I really don't celebrate the day, except we usually have corned beef and cabbage!  I guess I better run out and pick up a brisket soon! :)

Since it's 3-D Wednesday at My Creative Time, we were asked to use the color green in our project.  So I came up with a little bag of chocolates for my husband.

Since this is for my husband I didn't want to over "girlify" it with each candy wrapped.  I think by wrapping just a few chocolates with the "treat slider" die cut, it give enough color.

I glued a little gold flower on to the clear button.  If you made a purchase from me in December, then you would've receive some of these gold flowers.  I'm still trying to come up with other ideas for them.  :)

Scrapping The Little Things ~Peter Cottontail!

Good Morning paper peeps and welcome to Scrapping the Little Things at My Creative Time!  Today we are focusing on Easter Layouts.  Well I didn't have any pictures printed and I'm not sure I want to go back and do previous years in my Project Life style album.  So I just did a Title/Journal card for this years layout and since I don't know what pictures I'll be using, I only made one.  don't judge  :)

I used Martha Stewart fringe scissors for the grass.

Don't you just love the cute little frosted flower for the bunny tail!  :)

Hi! ~ Card

Oh Happy Friday!  I told you the other day that I went to and all day crop on Saturday.  There were a  few vendors selling products, Creative Memories, Thirty~one and two gals that practically had a scrapbook store.  I really didn't need anything, so just bought a few chalk inks...I certainly didn't need any paper! lol!  Well just as it was ending one of the gals announced "all kits for $1.00"!  Oh my goodness you would thought someone yelled fire!  The pushing, the shoving, the mayhem...I really hope I didn't hurt anyone!  just kidding...but some of those women were going crazy!  I was able to get 2 kits, so today's project is from one of the kits.  :)

The tulle, sticker, and rhinestones are from the kit, of course I had to add some of my Thin Hemp for some add texture.

Glad You're My Friend! ~ Card

Hi paper lovin' friends!  This past weekend I went to a 12 hour Crop with some friends and family.  I had a wonderful time, however, like usual I didn't get much done.  Spent too much time playing with my cricut that wasn't cutting properly and found out that one of my favorite cartridge has faulty images.  I guess I hadn't tried all of the cuts...oh well!  Even with that I still enjoyed myself!

Today I'm sharing my Peachy Keen Challenge card, I'm really trying to enter every PK challenge this month!  The challenge was to incorporate stars into the project.  I added three tiny die cut stars.  I'm also entering this into the MOJO Monday Sketch Challenge

Scrapping The Little Things ~ San Diego!

Good Morning Friends!  Happy Monday to you!  I'm sure I've told you before, I'm one of those crazy girls that love Mondays!  Maybe because it's like a fresh start to get things right or because on Sunday I've had a chance to spend time with family and friends in worship.  Either way I just do!  Now that "Scrapping the Little Things" has been around awhile at My Creative Time, it's just that much better!

Today I'm sharing my pages from my recent trip to San Diego.  Two weeks ago, and YES they're scrapped!  That's the beauty of "Project Life/ Photo Freedom", they're done!!!  I really love the traditional type of scrapbooking, however that's the great thing about this, they have 12x12 pockets too! So you really can mix and match!

I used the XL Label Die for journaling ( I still haven't picked up a new pen) and little banners for my stamped journaling!

Again another tag die for more journaling :)
Aren't my vellum clouds so cute!  I just added a bit of ink for dimension.
