Now I told you I was going to show you something that I've never posted before...it's a digi scrapbook page.  Now I have to say that this was much easier than I thought.  I really can't see where I would completely swich to digital, however I can see where I would use it to make a book for someone...like through Shutterfly!  Now before I show you my page, I want you to know I am NOT an expert or even very proficient at this, but what I did was fairly easy and fun!

Yes, this is my second post of the day!  I told you yesterday that this was going to be a busy week and I'm lovin' every minute of it!  Welcome to day 2 of The Queen's Royal Court Hop featuring A-manda's Creation Digital Scrapbooking Kits.  You should have arrived here from Kassidy, if you just popped in to see me, you'll want to head over to the start at The Scrapbooking Queen! The fabulous thing about digi kits is that you can use them digitally or you can print them out on paper for cards.  I was so surprised how good the patterns print and I have a super cheap printer.  Can you imagine if you had a better quality printer, just how pretty it would be!

For today's project, I made a birthday card...get it... {HB}

The Queen's Royal Court Blog Hop!

*** If you are looking for EAD Designs Monday Hop, click HERE! ***
there is a give away there also!

Welcome to the The Scrapbooking Queen's Royal Court Hop with A-Manda Creation!  You should have arrived here from sweet Kassidy's blog.  If not head over to the Queen's blog for the start, you know you don't want to miss a thing!

Today's project is alittle different from my typical project...

Isn't this monkey adorable!

Recipe:
A-Manda Creations Digital Paper Kit ~ Sweet Monkey Kit
American Crafts Cardstock, Stampin Up paper
EK Success Scallop Border Punch
ribbon, pearl

So here's what I did to make a paper card using digi items...
Photo Shop Elements 9 to open up and size pattern to paper and the monkey element.  Then print on to white cardstock.  Then I just used the paper as anyother paper.  The biggest tip I can give you, is to make sure that you start your project in PSE with a resolution 300.  So simple and so cute!  If you've never tried digi kits don't be afraid, there are so many videos on YouTube to help you through it!

can you believe all the cute stuff in this kit and it's only $1.50!
