My Creative Time "Stamp of the Month" ~ I'm Lucky!

Hi everyone!  Do you ever have one of those days when you have so much to do and if one thing goes hay wire the whole day is out of sinc?  Of course you do, I know I'm not the only one!  As much as think I am!  lol!  Well that's how my day was yesterday!  However with all my mishaps, I was still able to get a card done for My Creative Time's Stamp of the Month!  Priorities, right!  :)

For this month's "Stamp of the Month" Emma ask us to make a CARD using any stamp from her first 3 editions!  That means I was able to look through and choose a stamp from 12 different sets!  Oh my goodness the ideas were flying!!!  In honor of the next holiday, I decided to use "I Believe in Leprechauns" set.  I wanted this card to be for a friend for any time of the year though!

recipe:
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge
oval cut at 1.81 x 2.29 out of card base, green and white strip
oval frame cut at 1.81 x 2.29 center and 2.24 x 2.84 outer
Stamping Cricut Cartridge
clover cut at 1.70 x 1.94
paper: PTI kraft, scraps for the rest
twine, glitter, button, white and black pen, ink
Swiss Dot Cuttlebug Embossing Folder

If you have any of My Creative Time's first 3 editions, she is having a linky party!  So click HERE to Emma's blog and you'll also be able to see what my other DT mates have created!

Enjoy!

Hippity Hoppity Bunny Card!

Hi paperlovers!  How's your week going?  I hope it's perfect!  Mine has been a little stressed!  I mentioned a few weeks ago that I would be having shoulder surgery.  Well the date is fast approaching...and yes, I'm totally FREAKING out!  However I do have good news, while I'm out recovering, I have two ~ three Guest Designers planned for each week.  Yep, that's right I won't be able to craft for awhile :(    I know that you will show my guest designers the "blog love" they deserve!

Today I wanted to share a fun little bunny card with you!

I used Glossy Accents on the eyes and eggs!  You can't tell but in person it adds so much!

recipe:
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge
circle cut at 3.5 and 3.75
doily, scrap paper, ink, ribbon, twine, button, copic markers, glossy accents, white pen, chalk

My Creative Time's November Release Day 2!

Hi!  Didn't you love what everyone on the My Creative Time's Design Team did yesterday!  If you liked the football stamps, just wait til you see today's!  That's right...more "MANLY" stamps!  I'm not kidding when I say Emma has out done herself with this release!

For today's project, I decided to make a card.  This card could be given when one achieves  a new belt in a martial art!

I cut a piece of gray paper the size of my card.  Then cut the starburst, so the lines intersected at the upper left.  Then I pulled out every other piece.  I hope that makes sense to you, I just don't know anyother way to explain it.  :)

recipe:
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartidge
circle cut 2.55 x 2.45
circle cut 1.00 x 1.00 (inside card)
Pagoda Cricut Cartridge
kanji word  ~ believe cut 1.67 x 1.59
paper: PTI, DCWV, Bazzill
ink

Family Rules "Subway" Sign

Oh I'm so happy it's Saturday!  I have a full day planned! Of what you ask?  Cleaning and crafting!  Next week I'm in a week long blog hop that I have to get ready for, plus someother projects!

Well, I have been wanting a European Subway Sign for a long time.  Then one day I saw a "Family Rules" sign in the same style on Pinterest (which I'm still not quite sure I understand) and just loved it!  Then last week or so on the Circle Blog, they had the same sign up along with their take on it.  I thought, that's it, I'm making one.  So YES, I completely "scraplifted" this entire project!  However, I did make a video to show exactly how to do it.  Now you can make your own "family rules" sign!

I did fail to mention in the video that I used my gypsy to create the whole layout on the 12 x 24 mat.

recipe:
board
vinyl and transfer tape
black & ivory spray paint
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge
Base Camp Cricut Cartridge
Birthday Bash Cricut Cartridge
