MCT Designer Challenge ~ Thinking Of You!

Hey it's Designer Challenge at My Creative Time!  Today we are doing a Photo, Color and/or Sketch Challenge.  I love this since we can choose to use one, two, or all three to create a project of our choice.

For my card I chose to use all three, I just turned the sketch upside down.

Tag ~ Merry and Bright!

Good Morning!  I must be in a tag mood :) since I have another one to share with you today.

This tag was made with two different dies.  To make the striped tag, I elongated it with the smaller tag die.  It was super easy to do.   After stamping and adding the pink rick rack, I die cutted the holly leaves out of the same pink pearl paper.

Quick, easy and ready to go on a package or card!

MCT Tag It Tuesday ~ Happy Birthday!

Hello, it's Tag It Tuesday at My Creative Time!  I have a super quick post for you,
since I bombarded you the last few days with lots of posts.  :)
Today we are using this photo & color for inspiration.

Tags are awesome to hang off a gift bag or can be added to a card base.  It's nice to have a bunch
 pre made for any occasion.

After stamping the football, I added dots of glossy accents to give it texture.

OCC Day 2 ~ North Pole Shaker!

Good Morning!  I hope you had a great weekend, I did!  I was able to play with paper on Saturday...ALL DAY!  As you probably already knew since I flooded my blog last night!  :)

This shaker card was really fun to make, using My Creative Time Dies and Peachy Keen Stamps!  Of course I had to pull out my copics!
Oh by the way, this snowman stamp set from Peachy Keen is on special right now!

OCC Day 5 ~ Bells Will Be Ringing!

Yep it's me again!  This card is a window tag card.  After making it I think it would have been more festive if it was a shaker tag.

I made a stencil with clear cardstock from Papertrey Ink on my cameo, then used Teresa Collins Moldeling paste for the background.  After it was dry I added wink of stella to the dots.

OCC Day 4 ~ Winter Hi!

Well are you sick of my yet?  lol!  Here is my card for day 4, I'm not even sure I'll be able to explain this one.

The window was made using two dies and only partially cutting both of them.  Truly this needs a photo or video tutorial.

I embossed the interior of the card with white embossing powder for the sentiment and the snowflakes.  Then I inked over it to reveal the words and images.
After stamping the skate, I quickly colored it with copic markers.  Added a bit of wink of stella and glossy accents to the skate,

I also sprayed the inside with some Studio Calico Shine.  I know it looks flat and dull, however in person it has a lot of shine and sparkle. :)
