Scrapping the Little Things Monday ~ Wedding Dress Shopping!

Happy Monday it's Scrapping the Little Things at My Creative Time!  Did I peak your interest with the title...Wedding Dress Shopping?  Sorry, I'm not going to show you pictures of it, since it hasn't happened yet!  I'll  be heading to San Diego in a week or so, to start the shopping process.  I'm very excited to see my daughter and spend this time with her!

For today's "project life" style scrapping ( I actually use EP Photo Freedom), I made two cards, one for the title and one for journaling.

After die cutting the "girl peep" I attached a bit of sheer ribbon for the veil and added some silver stickles on the edge.  I figure when I slide it into the holder the "veil" will look more like a veil.  On the journal card, I first stamped the "library card" then just added one banner, button and some hemp.  Purposely using the printed part of the paper made just adding a few things for texture soo easy!

Wedding Banner and First Anniversary Winner!

Hi Everyone,  It's 3D Wednesday over at My Creative Time today!  I wasn't on the schedule however I wanted to share a banner that I made for my nephew's new bride for her Wedding Shower!  We called it a Wedding Shower, since they got married at the court house and didn't have a real reception or any showers before the ceremony.

I'm so sorry for the pictures being so dark...I lightened them up as much as I could.  Now really don't fall off your chair...I used my Cricut twice in two weeks!

I also used My Creative Time stamps and dies.  The hearts, tags and keys are all dies (at each end and in between the words), I stamped "celebrate" and "love" on each of the tags.

One my AMAZING friends baked all of these wonderful desserts!  Of course there weren't any left over!  :(
Oh and she made that FABULOUS floral arrangement too!

Baby Sleeping!

Hi my crafty friends!!!  I'm so happy it's Wednesday, why you ask...it's my day off!  Especially this week since I only had to work Tuesday and then off again!  Not so bad!!!

Anyway, I'm also happy since today is 3D Wednesday at My Creative Time!  I wanted to share with you a cute little sign for a friend that will be having a baby soon!  She will be able to hang it on the door when her sweet one is sleeping.

Now everyone don't fall over, but today I used my Cricut!!!   I know it's been forever, poor thing was feeling a bit neglected!  We already know she's having a girl, that's why it's sooo pink!!!  :)

I used the Stitched Button Dies for the flower around the ribbon and hemp.  Added some colored stickles on the balloon and clouds for a bit of glitz!

Before I attached the letters, I ran them through my big shot with an embossing folder.  Then glued them down and add some glossing accents.  As you can see I need to glue the "y" down, sometimes the glossy accents makes the letters curl up.  But that's an easy fix.

Peachy Keen Guest Designer ~ You are outta this world!

Hi Everyone, today is my last post as Peachy Keen's May Guest Designer!  I just can't believe how fast this month has gone by!  I had so much fun creating and "peachyfying" all of my projects!  I want to thank Peachy Keen for asking me to be a guest designer and making me feel so welcome!

For my last project I wanted to share a layered tag.  Tags can be so versatile since they can stand alone or be added to a card base.  I used PKSC 14 February and colored them with my copic markers.

For the moon, I used copic markers then added some Distress Stickles to create dimension and slight sparkle.

Thrifty Thursday ~ Wish Big!

Happy Thursday and welcome to My Creative Time's Thrifty Thursday!  I just love that Emma is doing these Thrifty Thursday's since it's getting me to use all of my scraps!  It's just so fun too!

This is a card I made for my husband for his birthday! It was so quick and fun which is exactly what I need right now!  My work load has lighten up lately.  However, I've been spending more time, than I care to admit on Pinterest.  Why you ask?  Because my daughter's getting married!  I'm having a blast!  There are so many great ideas, it's so hard to narrow them down.  :)

Peachy Keen's May Guest Designer ~ Plant one on me! Giveaway Too!

Hi Everyone, this is my third week as Peachy Keen's May Guest Designer!  I can't believe that this month is almost over, it's just flown by!  That's what happens when you have lots of fun playing with "peachy goodness"!  lol

For today's card I used PKS- .  This set is just darling with all of the sweet image and fun sentiments!

I simply stamped the same flower 3 times.  Colored with my copic markers, then "fussy cut" them out and added a rhinestone to the each of the centers.  Use a die cut for the banner and stamped the
funny sentiment.  Easy Peasy!

MCT Thoughtful Thursday ~ You're Braver Than You Think!

Hi my paper lovin' friends!  Welcome to My Creative Time's Thoughtful Thursday!  I hope you're having a great week so far!  My work life has still been a bit hectic, however I feel like I can get some crafting in!  yippie!!

This card is for a friend of ours that is in the hospital awaiting a heart and kidney transplant.  He just recently got moved to the top of the list.  I have to say if feels somewhat weird to be praying for him to have the surgery soon.  Especially, when you know that someone will be losing their life, for him to have a chance to live.  So I also pray for the family of the future donor.  They will need lots of prayers for strength and comfort, who ever they may be.
