Alex's "It's My Party Blog Hop"!

Hello!

Are you enjoying your weekend?  I sure am...I've got my warm morning cup, and ready to spend a little time checking out all the fabulous creations that all my crafty friends have made for Alex's "It's my party blog hop"!  If you arrived from Julie at Cricut Chick you're in the right place.  Isn't she creative!!    If not you can go to the start at Alex's!

Well here is my project!  Since this is birthday celebration, I thought I would do child's party!

SpongeBob Cricut Cartridge
banner (blue) cut at 3.43 x 4.18
banner (lt brown) cut at 3.04 x 4.10 & embossed with a Sizzix folder
flowers behind letters cut 2.41 x 2.41
letters cut at 1.74 x 2.18
flowers behind spongebob and patrick cut at 1.86 x 1.86 ~ cut layers to match
spongebob cut 2.93 x 2.61 ~ cut layers to match
patrick cut 2.62 x 2.62 ~ cut layers to match

Also in the photo are dollar store bubbles, all I did is wrap two pieces of paper around the base, tied jute then added two Prima Flowers,  wrapped jute around neck too!

Invitation ~
Welded two pineapples size 3.47 x 5.12 together, used hide contour on some of the items on the back part of the card.  All the layers were cut to match.

Treat Box cut at 11.75 x 5.94
Spongebob cut 5.00 x 3.24 and all layers to match

I used layers of foam dots to make him look as if he was jumping off!

This week was really busy for me so here are few ideas that I didn't get to...If you were to serve cupcakes, maybe cut jelly fish in different colors and glue to toothpicks and stick in the cupcakes.  Also for a game, cut a large standing Spongebob and all the layers.  Cut extra ties and play Pin the Tie on Spongebob!

Now for your next stop it's MOMO and you know that she will have something super cute!!!

Don't forget to leave a comment for everyone!  I know that Alex has gotten some FABULOUS sponsors and you don't want to miss out!

If you get lost along the way, I have added the whole list for you!

Liz (that's me)

Enjoy your day!
