MCT August Release Blog Hop ~ Fly Away!

This release has been soooo fun!  Don't you just love all the new goodies Miss Emma created!  I know I've been waiting for EVER for a view finder die!!!! 

 

I got the idea for the starburst from a card I saw on Pinterest, the card I saw was sunny and cheery.  Mine is a bit dark and dreary ;) !

To make the starburst, I cut 4 paper 3 1/4 x 4".  Then I penciled lines that intersected on one piece.  Next I stacked 3 of the paper and cut through all 3 on the penciled lines.  Then I simply laid them out to create a random pattern on the square I didn't cut and attached them to it.  Now I have extra pieces to create another card!  :)
