Last Day of Summer!

Hello!  So today is the last day of Summer...not sure how I feel about this.  This was the second mild summer we've had, so I really don't feel like it ever got here.  However, I LOVE Fall!!!  So in honor of the last day of Summer, I made a card using My Creative Time ~ Anyday Bingo & Crossword stamp set.

Disclaimer alert!!!  My card was perfect, but I didn't see it that way until it was too late!!!!

After stamping the letters, I thought it needed something more ( I usually do).  So I added glossy accents to the whole puzzle and the mask...good, right?  Not really...the letters became blurry and faint.  I'm not sure how to avoid this in the future, I guess just stop and leave well enough alone!  :)  That just doesn't seem all that fun!

I have something really cool and different than my usual, to share with you today!  It's called My Memories Scrapbook Software!  I've tried digital scrapbooking in the past, but haven't loved it because it's never been that easy for me.  Well...until now!  This program is very intuitive, which  is great for me, because CAN'T STAND reading software instructions!

I made two projects one using all of My Memories Suite papers and embellishments, and one where I used my own kit that I've had for awhile.  Both pages were super easy!

The super cool thing about this program is that you could make a page without embellishments, print it out, then add really embellishments for Hybrid Scrapbooking!

My Creative Time's September Release Hop!

Welcome to Day 4 of My Creative Time's September Release!  Wow!  It's already Thursday!  I can hardly believe that the week is almost over and that tomorrow you will get to see all the new stamp sets and dies!  I know that you've just been dying to see what they are!
