Whoop Whoop it's day 2 of My Creative Time's April Release! Didn't you love those stars and stamps yesterday? So many possiblilities!
Today we are showing Believe in Your Dreams stamp and die set!
Oh my this is another homerun! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!
To create this card it required a bit of masking and stamping. After stamping, I used water color pencils to color the feathers. When they were dry I added some wink of stella for shimmer.
Then again once the feathers were dry, I placed the masks over the feathers, then splattered the droplets all over. When I finished the splatters I removed the masks.
