Happy New Year Givaway!!!

Hello!  Can you believe that 2011 is just about over?!  This year just flew by for me!  Since I don't celebrate my blogaversary (which will be 2 years next month), I decided to do a year in review with some of my favorite projects.  This was SO HARD to pick my favorites!  I was trying to keep it down to 12, one for each month, but I just couldn't, so I have 13!

I also want to say THANK YOU for all the sweet and kind comments you leave me throughout the year!  So in honor of the New Year I'm having a giveaway for a set of My Creative Time 100% Sweetness Stamp Set!  All you have to do is leave a comment letting me know which of my favorites is your favorite!  Or if you have a different one from this year that I made, let me know that!  I always think it's fun to see what others like.  Oh, and don't forget to leave a way for me to get in contact you!

If you want to know the recipe for the projects, you can click on each title.

Hi!  I hope that  you have been enjoying your week!  Are you getting ready for the New Year...in with the new and out with the old...whatever your "old" may be.  Typically I don't make New Year Resolutions, however this year I sort of am.  Not the usual, lose weight or get fit, which I really need to do, but be more organized with my time.  I don't really consider a resolution just something that needs to be done!  :)

So with that in mind, I needed to make some thank you cards.  Normally I would've made all them "works of art"!  (or what I think works of art are :))  However since I'm starting to be more time efficient, I made 5 cards in about 30 mins and all from scraps and extra stickerz!  And they're still cute!

all I did was cut a rectangle 3 1/4 x 6 1/2 ", stamped the dotted square and "thanks" from My Creative Time ~ Small Talk stamp set, then added the Stickerz from EAD Designs!  Some of the stickerz I attached to scraps, then cut out and added pop dots.  Some I adhered directly to the card.  Easy Peasy!!

recipe:
ink, pop dots, scraps

Now I have a special announcement...EAD Designs is having a Design Team Call!
EAD is searching for a few new people to join our Amazing Design Team for 2012.They are looking for all types of crafters
( wood crafters, home decor, paper crafts, scrapbooking, etc)

So if you would like to play with all of their products then click HERE for the details!

Monday Hop with EAD Designs!

Welcome to the Monday Hop with EAD Designs!  First of all I want to apologize for not posting more last week.  Things just got a little hectic for me right before Christmas!  I hope you enjoyed you holiday and time with your family!  I sure did!  Anyway you should have arrived here from the ever creative Lauren of Lauren's Creative!  If you just popped in to see me then please head over to the start at EAD's blog so you don't miss a thing leaving a comment a long the away.  This will also make you eligible for the giveaway!

For today's project a I made a quick card using EAD's Tea Time.  This is the cutest stickerz sheet, with many images and sentiments!  So you certainly could make several cards with only one sheet!  And with free shipping on scrapbooking stickerz and rub-ons, this is such a steal!

I just love this saying...I find it to be very true!  ;)

Glass Ornaments Revisted!

Hello!  I hope you are enjoying your week so far!  Are you done with your gift shopping?  Oh, me?  Not even close!  LOL!  Way too busy, having fun crafting! :)

Lately I've been getting the same questions about the Winter Scene Ornaments that I made last year.  So, I decided to make another one, but with a twist.  This time I used EAD Designs clear stickers inside, instead of Cricut cuts.  It's been really fun to see some of you do your own take on my ornaments!  You can click HERE to see the original video I made last December!  Please remember that this was my FIRST video and I was very nervous! LOL!

I'm sorry these are hard to see, I used only the available light from the tree.

recipe:
Papertry Ink~ Clear Cardstock
EAD Designs ~ Frosty Friends stickerz
My Creative Time ~ Mixed Holiday Sentiments
Whisker Graphics ~ Divine Twine
Glass Ornament ~ Michaels

Questions and Answers
1. What size is the circle?  That depends on the size of your ornament.  If you have a gypsy, cut the circle .10 less than the ornament.  Example, ornament is 2 3/4" (2.75) cut circle 2.65 on the gypsy.

2.  What size is the scene cut in the original video?  Again that depends on the size of your ornament.  Unfortunately I didn't keep the sizes of what I did.  However it must be around 2" plus or minus,  because the ornaments that I'm using are about 2 3/4".

I hope this helps!  Let me know if you make any, I'd love to see them!

Enjoy!

Monday Hop with EAD Designs!!

Hello and welcome to the Monday Hop with EAD Designs!  First of all I want to thank all of my new followers, I hope that I'll be able to keep you interested and inspired!  You should have arrive here form Lauren...isn't she so creative!!  If you just stopped by to see me then you'll want to head over to EAD's blog for the start, leaving a comment for each one along the way.

If you've been with me for awhile then you already know that I have recently changed over to 8 x 8 size for layouts.  Now I know this isn't for everyone and I might not stay with it, but for now I'm hooked!  :) So for today I made a super simple layout...but I don't think it looks simple.  That's the great thing about EAD's stickerz!!!

I can't wait for Christmas so I can add my pictures, this will be a two page layout!

I added red and diamond stickles to the stickerz!  That's what's great about stickerz, you can make them your own with little details!

Again, more red stickles to Rudolf's nose!

I added Deco Art Snow Writer and diamond stickles to the tag!

recipe:
Teresa Collins ~ Noel paper collection
