We're having a BLOG HOP!!!
So you know what that means...lot's of cool projects and lot's of prizes! This blog is just for kids...games, toys or crafts for them to make! Since my kids are grown, I had a hard time with this challange. Until I saw Lisa's at I'm a Bug Junkie barn explosion box! As soon as I saw it, I knew I was making a circus! Why a circus? Not really sure, considering I'm not that crazy about clowns! I think they're kind of creepy!
Well here's my take on the explosion box!
Recipe:
Carousel, Create a Critter, Storybook, Wedding, Summer Vacation
paper: American Crafts and Echo Park
Rhinestones, Trim, White Pen, Silver Pen, puff, chalks & inks
box- start with 12x12 chipboard- cut out 4x4 from each corner
lid- 5 3/4 x 5 3/4 with 1" cut from each corner
Create a Critter
elephant cut 1 3/4"
seal cut 1 1/2"
stage cut 2 1/2"
lion cut 1 3/4
train cut 2 3/4"
peanut cut 1"
Summer Vacation
tickets cut 1/2"
Wedding
banner cut 1 1/2"
Storybook
circus letters cut 1"
Carousel
clown, trapeze, boy, ticket booth cut 2 3/4"
popcorn and soda cut 2 1/2"
